Equipment

Three machining steps

Our supplied equipment list covers the operations a wheel cylinder housing needs.

  1. CNC lathes

    Turning of round features on cast and machined parts.

  2. Drilling/tapping centers

    Drilled and threaded holes machined in a controlled set-up.

  3. Reamers

    Finishing of bores and holes to the size on your drawing.

Workshop

Drilling and handling castings

Cast housings arrive in wire-mesh baskets and move along rows of drill presses.

Holes in the cast housings are drilled on the workshop floor before finishing operations. The photo shows the layout as it is today.

Inspection

Reports and third-party checks

Inspection reports are available with orders, and third-party inspection is supported.

  • Inspection reports. Ask for one when you place the enquiry.
  • Third-party inspection. You can appoint your own inspector.

Customisation and inspection

From your drawing to a checked part

The documented path for custom and OEM/ODM orders, in the order it happens.

  1. Send your requirement

    Share a drawing or a sample, the quantity and any markings. The minimum order is 1000 pcs.

  2. Confirm the specification

    We review the part with you and agree the details for custom production or OEM/ODM before work starts.

  3. Machining and checks

    The part is made on CNC lathes and drilling/tapping centers, with reamers used to finish bores and holes.

  4. Inspection

    Ask for an inspection report with the order. Third-party inspection can also be arranged by the buyer.

Minimum order is 1000 pcs. Send a drawing or sample to begin.
